About Me:
  • I've spent my career in secondary education, with about two decades as an English teacher before stepping into an administrative role as a dean of students in a large public high school. I also worked briefly as an education coordinator in a residential juvenile justice facility.

The year I became an administrator was the same year that our entire administrative team and some of our support staff attended a Level 1 CPS Training with Think:Kids. Since then we have trained all faculty members and many support staff in CPS and had staff participate in coaching sessions to make CPS part of the fabric of Arlington High School.
