About Me:
  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving middle school students in Western Massachusetts. I work within a social emotional program that supports youth impacted by trauma and emotional or behavioral challenges. Building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of my practice. I use the concepts and approach of Collaborative Problem Solving as the foundation for my work with youth and families, helping them build skills, strengthen communication, and find solutions together.

I am a Certified Trainer in Collaborative Problem Solving, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a certified yoga instructor, allowing me to integrate evidence-based practices with mindfulness and movement when helpful.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, reading, practicing yoga and meditation, and spending time with my grandchildren. I am guided by James Baldwin’s belief that children learn most from the models around them: “Children have never been very good at listening to their elders, but they have never failed to imitate them.”
