About Me:
  • Renalani Moodley, OTR/L, MHPrac, ADHD-RSP, ASDCS, is an occupational therapist, neurodivergent parenting consultant, and certified CPS Trainer based in Lake Forest, CA, and founder of Neurodivergent Parent Support Services (NDPSS). Renal works at the intersection of sensory-motor regulation, executive function, SEL and school-based advocacy, supporting neurodivergent children and their families through clinical evaluation, therapeutic intervention, parent coaching, and IEP consultation.
As a CPS Trainer, Renal integrates Collaborative Problem Solving throughout her work at NDPSS — embedding it into direct therapeutic intervention, parent coaching, school consultation, and formal CPS training for families. She helps caregivers and IEP teams shift from compliance-based responses to curiosity-driven collaboration, identifying lagging skills underlying challenging behavior and building plans rooted in relationship and co-regulation. Through NDPSS, Renal delivers CPS training directly to parents, neurodivergent-affirming professionals, OT practitioners, and school teams across California, expanding access to this evidence-based framework in communities that need it most.
