About Me:
  • I am a mom of 4 and wife of a wonderful man... some of them diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; the famous ADHD. Over the years I have learned to live, breathe, understand, appreciate, love and dream ADHD and my greatest teachers in life, have also become my greatest teachers in my profession.

My children, husband, sisters, friends and colleagues diagnosed with ADHD have taught me what it means to live with this diagnosis and overcome great challenges, taking advantage of the unique characteristics of a neurodivergent brain.

Inspired by them, I became certified as an ADHD Coach by the JST Institute, one of the four most prestigious institutions in teaching this discipline in the United States, endorsed by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Coach certified in the methodology “Collaborative Problem Solving” by Think Kids; program of the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) one of the top ranked Departments of Psychiatry in the U.S. and is a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School.

As the founder of Conciencia TDAH, @conciencia.tdah my mission is to support and accompany parents and teachers in the beautiful and complex task of educating and training children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD. Our vocation is psychoeducation, accompaniment and the delivery of effective tools to achieve the full integration and optimal development of children with ADHD.

    OUR MISSION AND PROMISE

We advocate for all those living with an ADHD diagnosis, promoting a deep understanding and acceptance from a neurodiversity perspective. We generate awareness, provide psychoeducation and foster a culture where they are recognized for their strengths and empowered to conquer their challenges, enabling them to reach their maximum potential in an inclusive environment by empowering them with possibilities and recognizing their unique way of experiencing life, learning, social relationships, self-management, etc.
